Giving

As Christians, we recognize everything we have comes from God, and we are simply sharing these gifts for God to use. Through our tithes and offerings, we demonstrate in a tangible way our love for God and our neighbors.  We also believe that our giving is a practice of worship.

If you choose to support First UMC with your financial gifts, know that your gift is most flexible when it goes towards our General Fund. You can also contribute specifically to our Mission Fund that is used for helping those in need in the community, or towards our Building Fund which is used for the ongoing development of our Apple Pie Ridge Campus.

With that, here are the means through which you can share your gifts.

You can elect to give to First UMC electronically by signing up to give through VANCO. If you’d like more information on how to give electronically, we have an instruction sheet to help guide you through the process. It is a safe, easy, secure process and ensures your giving goes uninterrupted.
